Welcome to Bright Leaf Beauty Co.. By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or booking services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Booking & Reservations

A signed agreement and any required retainer payment must be received before services are officially reserved.

Wedding dates, special event bookings, and photoshoot appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.

Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

Any remaining balance is due according to the terms specified in your contract.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be outlined in your service agreement.

Retainers and deposits are generally non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Requests to reschedule are subject to availability.

Travel Fees

Complimentary travel is included within 15 miles of Howell, Michigan.

Locations beyond 15 miles are subject to a travel fee of $1.50 per mile.

Additional fees may apply for extended travel, early morning start times, parking, valet services, tolls, or accommodations when necessary.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including event location, start times, and the number of services requested.

For hair appointments, clients should arrive with clean, dry hair unless otherwise instructed.

For makeup appointments, clients should arrive with a clean face free of makeup unless otherwise discussed.

Photography & Marketing

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Bright Leaf Beauty Co. reserves the right to photograph completed services and use images for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website galleries, portfolios, and promotional materials.

Professional photographer images may be shared with proper credit when available.

Website Use

The content on this website, including text, images, branding, logos, graphics, and designs, is the property of Bright Leaf Beauty Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide exceptional services, Bright Leaf Beauty Co. shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, venue restrictions, transportation delays, power outages, illness, or other unforeseen events.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.

Service Refusal

Bright Leaf Beauty Co. reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for inappropriate behavior, unsafe conditions, harassment, or situations that compromise the safety and well-being of our team.
